How can I remove the zones/blocks from my SharePoint 2016 site?

Hi everyone. I am trying to remove these zones/blocks (for example - left, header, center top, center left, etc) from my SharePoint 2016 site, but I have been unsuccessful. I tried looking everywhere in the ribbon, but no luck. Can anyone please share with me how I can get remove the zones/blocks?
