how a member of AD security group can see the sharePoint search results
we have a issue with search results when we add 'AD Security group' to SharePoint server(2016) groups. The members of AD group are able to login to the sites, but they can't see any search results. If added them as individual to the visitors group then works .
we got 4000+ users who need read only access to the Intranet home pages.
The ULS logs only says
Microsoft.Office.Server.Search.Query.Ims.ImsQueryInternal : Number of tables in Result: 3, Relevant Results: 0 (Total: 0, Total including duplicates: 0),
followed below links steps and changed 'WindowsTokenLifetime and ServiceTokenLifetime' to two minutes but no change.

yes the AD security group us synced with Azure AD.
I have attached the WFE log and APP server log during same time stamp when user did test.
the word used in search is 'test'. The surprise thing is that, the search related webparts on home pages working and People search results to working. the actual content results not appearing.
- In addition, the people search results is working and also 'search related webparts on the home page also working.
