Has anyone used fillable foam field in a live doc? (So parts of the document are locked)
I was trying to create a questionnaire to send out to be filled out via a live shared word doc but I can't seem to share it and lock those questions so people can't delete them.
Jess_V_1990 does it really have to be a Word document? You can lock down your survey easily using Microsoft Forms, the results are automatically saved to an Excel file but you can also, with Power Automate (as we always do at my company), send the responder a nicely-formatted confirmation email with the questions and their answers and, if you want, can save the response to a SharePoint list or create a PDF of each one. I think that's a more flexible solution.
