hardware Config two-tier farm SharePoint 2013 in a Production Use

I don't think anyone here can give you the assurances you might be after. We don't know your environment, requirements or other mitigating factors.   I can say, personally, I am not a fan of those 80GB system drives, I see it listed on the official specs, so it could be more a personal preference.  If I was setting these up though, I'd look at more like 120 GB system drives.  The underlying storage system, RAID configuration etc. may be just important anyway.  Either way, the specs look ok, but we can't say how they will hold up!
