Group Policy - Configure team site libraries to sync automatically

Question about this specific group policy setting "Configure team site libraries to sync automatically." Does it work as a master list, say put ALL your SharePoint libraries in the single GPO and the user will only get the ones they have access to, or do individual policies need to be created for each group with just their SharePoint libraries specified?
