Filtering by parent usergroup

Hi,

I'm trying to show in a list all the rows that match on a attribute called "Department". I have three depts named "Writers", "Readers", and "Reportes". Every user belongs to only one department but all the users belonging to the same department must see all the records on that group. How can i do this with CAML?
