FBA fails after October Update

Hello,

after i install the october 2022 cu for sharepoint on prem 2019 sites with fba will not work. I found the error in eventlog-application

"An exception occurred when trying to issue security token: The security token username and password could not be validated.."

i create an new site with fba, the same result.

I think a problem with security token service, but i found nothing.

I hope someone can help
