External Links to SharePoint List

Hi, 

 

I would like to be able to create a password-protected link to one of my SharePoint Lists, that only shows certain list items based on a column value...

 

i.e. this certain link will only show list items that have value A in column 1. 

 

Is this possible?

    Are the people you do not want to share information with Internal Users? Like that work for the same company or is it for external users?
