Excel with links

I have a offline excel file (Sales forecast) with a lot of formula and some of them get the data from some source Excel files.

If I upload all those files (both the Sales forecast and the source file) in a folder in Sharepoint, will the link to the source files still work ? If I change a data in the source file, will the Sales forecast be updated automatically?
