EXCEL UPLOAD DOES NOT GIVE OPTION FOR CUSTOMIZE FORM

Uploaded an Excel file however, Customize Forms does not show under the Power Apps drop down.

Went to List Settings, Form Settings and the only option there is for InfoPath? and.... cannot de-select it.

Any thoughts?
