I am doing testing using:

- window server 2016 datacenter evaluation

- SharePoint 2019 

I cannot proceed with my installation as it keeps giving the following error:

ERRORSUPPORTTEXT_OEM_DEFAULT_PERMISSION = Verify that you have sufficient permissions to access the registry

I am already a domain users with local admin to the server.  I tried to update the window server 2016 datacenter evaluation to with latest patch but the patch says it cannot be app
