Document Library Preview Web Part and Links
The ability to easily add a link to document libraries is great. But, the feature is not available when you select new in the Document Library Preview web part. And selecting a link defaults to save as an internet shortcut instead of opening the page.
Is anyone else experiencing the same behavior?

We are experiencing the same behavior in our organization as well... We turned out educate our power users not use the Document Preview web part at this moment as the link behavior is not consistent as in the actual Document Library...

- Well, the problem with this WebPart is that it does no provide the same functionality you have in modern SPO document libraries and lists
