Difference between normal SharePoint / OWA patch and farm-deployment patch

Hi @all, at my comany we are patching via DSM and this tool often offers 2 types of SharePoint / OWA patches to my farm servers. For example this month DSM console shows the follwoing OWA patche...

After every security patching we do already a manual psconfig.
So what is the term farm-deployment about? Couldn't find any Information here

I'm not sure, Microsoft makes no distinctions in their patches, and indeed there is only a single patch for WAC for any given month.
