Delete certain default SharePoint Groups
When you create a project on MSProject and publish it with SharePoint site creation checked, the default groups will be created (visitors , owners , memebers, etc).
How to set up SharePoint to don't create certain of default groups by any project publication with creation of SharePoint Site (Project Site).

You cannot change the way Project works when creating a Project Site, but you can absolutely modify a project site once it's created so you could remove the SharePoint Groups you don't apparently need
