Creating an MS Team from a SharePoint Online site
Is it my imagination or did MS just add in an option to create an MS Team from a SharePoint online site, and then take away the option again? A week ago i set up a SharePoint site for one of our Business Units, they promply set up an MS Team from the Sharepoint site, there was an option to do this on the navigation panel on the lefthand side of the site page. However, now I can't see the option any more. Has anyone else seen this or does anyone know what is going on? Thanks Penny

Penny ELSON Once the team is created the link on the left is no longer displayed. Also, even if a team isn’t created, that little notification can be manually closed, never to return. We’ve had it awhile.
- The strange thing is we don't have it anymore, I have just created a new SharePoint site and there is no option to create an MS Team from it.
- This option only shows up when you craete a modern team site...if you are creating a communication site or a classic site, the option will not show up
