Create page under a link

Recently at work my department updated SharePoint. The department has a central page on which links are placed to the different teams.  If you click on those links now you are redirected to the homepage of Google. 

How is it possible to create a page so it will appear if I click on those links. There are 4 teams in the department and one of the teams is split in two, so that page also needs
