Create "New Item" on Site Page Doesn't Do Anything

Our "New" button on a web part for a simple list on a Modern Site Page is not allowing us to create new items.

 

We believe it was working last week. Now we get this weird fly out.

 

The list does not have content types enabled so it should be just a new item.

    Looks like your using the New button on a list web part, vs. going to a view in your actual list. This is how it works from the webpart vs. if you actually go to site contents, open the list there to go to the default view. The new button will open the form directly.

      Actually I see what you mean now. You might want to put a support ticket in because it's bugged with the later SharePoint build. My main Tenant still works like you describe, but my tenant that has the newer SharePoint updates cannot create the items so definatley something related with that update and the list web part.
