content type without name

Hi, I have a wrong published content type on some site collection. The site collections had 2 languages activated (one default and one custom). In the default language, the content type is fine. But in the second language the content type has no name. The content type without name runs into problems when I want to add a site content type to a list.
How can I add a name to the content type in the second language? When I do it over the SharePoint UI it will not work and ignore the changes in the content type name.

I think this is more a translation problem that a problem with changing the name of the content type. Might I ask how did you create both content types?
