Configuration Problem Sharepoint on Windows Server 2016

Hello community, 

I would like to ask for your help. I successfully installed Sharepoint 2019 on Windows Server 2016 but the initial configuration step failed while creating the configuration database. Maybe you can help me to walk through this process. Using the Configuration GUI it looks strange, because I see that the Configuration Database is created, but the process step fails.

I am using on a domain computer joint an Active Directory domain and the database is hosted on an seperate domain computer. As configuration type i choose singleServerFarm.
