Check in, Check Out and Delete not working in SharePoint 2019

We applied the March CU updates and Check in, Check Out and Delete works only after clearing the cache in google chrome. When we do check in we get a pop up and we believe the document is checked in but the document is still checked out to the user. Clearing the cache always is not a practical solution. Any solutions.
