Change Column reference to view data

Question

I am new in Sharepoint o365 and have small question.

There is task that I want to create a list in Sharepoint and users can view only there data. In list, we will update the data of 10 employee.

I can't use the filter option as user can change it easily. Also, I can't use "Advance setting" option as I am updating data, so, in "Created By" column, my ID will save.

Please suggest, if we have any option.

Then, the last option is to set item level permission. You can create a flow to automate the process or manually you can assign it.

Thanks for your response. Impresion step is looking good option. Can we do the same thing in O365. If yes, pls suggest how we can do it.Or is there any way like use Microsoft Flow
