Cannot get rid of Header

Hi all,

i just had access to a Sharepoint page and i'm desperately trying to get rid of a Header which btw is pointing to a wrong place.

Seems like it's 'Home' page link but beside i don't want that, it's also wrong (and i can't find anywhere how at least i can change that hyperlink).
