Cannot access SharePoint
Hi! I cannot access SharePoint. Every time I do, an error appears (see on the screenshot). Could you help me resolve the issue? Thanks!
is this Gmail user a guest on this SharePoint tenant?
A guest. I need to access files on Sharepoint for work
- so the Guest account for this Gmail doesn't exists on Azure AD or the email attribute of Guest user is not set as it should be , you need to check the Azure AD for this Guest user. if you couldn't find it in Azure AD that means the Guest has been deleted and you need to invite again
