Can we add a separate search bar web-part in SharePoint Online?

We would like to have something where the user can go to a document library in the modern-SharePoint and use the search bar specific to that library to search for files. 

I've seen it implemented on other SharePoints but i am not sure how to do it as i cannot select it as a web-part. Is there a way to implement this feature?

The other option was to switch the document library to a "Classic" view and add the Search Box from there, but it doesn't look as pleasant.
