Can this be changed (tooltip) in Choice Column
So what I'd like is to display different text for each choice. So rather than John (in my screenshot) I'd display his surname in the hover text. Pic looks odd but mouse
is over Johns name entry.

This is not possible with SharePoint out of the box capabilities as there is no option to set tooltip for choices.
Also, I looked at the CHOICES element schema and there is no option to set it programmatically either.
