Can Sharepoint do a client portal with a user outside MS 365?
You can create a Power Pages dashboard where they can see the status of their case or even a public facing PowerBI report if they login with their associated account. But SharePoint won't work as a dashboard as it's not designed for that, it's designed as collaboration tool

- Apr 25, 2023It doesn't have to be a Microsoft 365 account, it can be a random Gmail. You still need to authenticate in some way so they don't see someone elses information.
