Best Way to Migrate 2000+ SharePoint 2010 Workflows to 2013?
We have a client running SharePoint 2016, and we’re planning to migrate them to SharePoint Subscription Edition. One major challenge is that they have 2000+ SharePoint Designer 2010 workflows, which we would like to replace with 2013 workflows since 2010 is deprecated.
We would like to avoid manually recreating these workflows.
Has anyone faced a similar challenge? What would be the most efficient way to automate or streamline this migration? Any tools, scripts, or best practices that worked for you?
Thanks in advance for any insights!

SharePoint 2010 workflows are still supported in an On-Premises environment however their end-of-life is targeted for July 14 2026. (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/sharepoint-2013-workflow-retirement-4613d9cf-69aa-40f7-b6bf-6e7831c9691e)
Migrating to 2013 version is not worth it IMHO.
Better to start rewriting them using Nintex if you need to remain On-Premises or Power Automate if you have the possibility to work in an Hybrid environment.
You can use SPMT tool to convert in bulk to Power Automate and then adjust/fine-tune each one.
