Attachment button missing on SharePoint form

Hi community,

I've faced some issue with "Attachments" button in my Sharepoint form whereby it's missing from my user's view (attachment 2) but appeared on my view as an Admin (attachment 1).

Fyi, I've enabled attachment in Advanced Settings which applies to either view.

Kindly seek your assistance on this matter!
