Arabic Project Documents Issue in project server 2019

Hi guys,  I faced a problem in project server , when i try to open shared documents for a specific project site that has an Arabic name by (chrome browser) the page keeps loading without any results.

I tried the same case with (IE browser) and everything was alright !
any suggestions ?
anyone can help ?

    I hope that you found the solution for this issue.

    If not the root cause of this issue is that site name (URL) contains non ISO-8859-1 characters (Arabic characters) and will open only on IE11.

    this bug has been solved in 2021 August update (below).
