Access Denied when logging into customer site as Crawl Service Account

Also, quick note, this crawl runs fine using the farm credentials instead of the crawl account's creds, so I'm guessing this is a permissions issue somewhere.

    Does the account have Full Read rights in the User Policy on the Web Application?

      Yeah, the account does have full read permissions on all web applications.
