Unable to reset up a field value in Project details

Open and check out the project from the Project Center page in PWA and then display the Project Details PDP. Click the Select Value button (the ... button) to the right of the field in which you selected the wrong value. In the pick list that appears, click the name of the wrong value you previously selected. This action will CLEAR the wrong value and return the field to a blank value. I know that this is NOT very intuitive, is it? Hope this helps.
