Unable to Edit Certain Fields
I have two different projects that I am working on. When I open project 1, I am able to make edits, add tasks, etc. as normal. When I open project 2 I am unable to make any edits except for start/fin...

The only thing that comes close to behavior like this popped up several versions ago. I think it was resolved but it's easy to check. Go to File > Options > Advanced group > Edit. Make sure the option to "Edit directly in cell" is checked. Why this option even exists I have no idea. If the option is already checked in your version, then I'd go with Dale's sage advice.
