Unable to download latest version of MS Project Ver 1804

I have Project Professional Pro license (PWA), I am downloading the MS Project to my desktop.

The latest version of Project is not getting installed.

I need to get Agile in my project plan. Sometime back i was able to download the latest version 1804 where i was working in Agile. Suddenly it got downgraded to Ver 1708.

I need to know if MS downgraded the Project Version or something does i have to run the upgrade?

I have spoken to the Customer care and even they are unable to resolve it.
