Hello, In my Project pro or in my PWA instance I am the only user, so I don't understand how this file can be extracted by somebody else. I'm not able to archive this project. What can I do ...

You possibly have the project checked out for editing in PWA directly? Access this page {PWAURL}/_layouts/15/pwa/Admin/ForceCheckin.aspx and see if the project is listed there and checked out to you. If it is, check it back in and the problem should be sorted.
