If you used the Text Styles dialog to automatically format summary tasks and milestones, for example, then using the Clear Formatting option will not clear the styles for those types of tasks. you will need to go back to the Text Styles dialog and reset the styles to their defaults for summary tasks and milestones. The Clear Formatting feature only works for formatting that you have manually applied to individual tasks. Hope this helps.
