Task Usage View Work Rows Decimals
Is there a way to remove the decimals from the periods in the work rows. see attached snip

Sorry, but no, other than insuring work assigned is always in whole hours.
If it's real important to you to show only rounded whole hours, the timescaled data can be exported to Excel where it can be formatted however you want. If you're good with pivot tables you might try the Visual Reports or, my preference is with a macro which offers more customization flexibility.
