Task ID reshuffle

Hi all, 

Using Project online, it happens relatively often that when inserting a new task, the ID changes after a refresh and goes automatically at the bottom of the sequence. Which makes it a mess in the Gantt chart (goes up and down) and impossible to create a subtitle given it goes at the bottom... Any idea why it does that and how to sort it out?
