Start task when predecessor is complete
Good afternoon all I created a project in Project and exported it into the Web App. But one thing is very unclear to me. When I set the path for the tasks, I expected that the task was blocked ...

The "solution" is understanding that Project will allow users to do things that don't necessarily make sense. So, yes, a successor task can show progress, even completion, regardless of whether the predecessor task is complete. In reality it just might be that the task dependency was not firm and the successor task could start before the predecessor was complete. It's not that uncommon.
