Scheduling resources in PWA

I just helped a prospective client with this same problem two weeks ago. Like him, it sounds like your Project Online administrator missed an option when setting up your Project Online instance. Please ask him/her to do the following to fix this problem:
1. Log into PWA with Administrator permissions.
2. Navigate to the PWA Settings page.
3. In the Enterprise Data section of the page, click the Reporting link.
4. On the Reporting page, select the desired granularity of reporting. I personally recommend the Daily setting.
5. Click the Save button.
Once this is done, open and check out your project again, and then click the Publish button. You should now be able to see your resource's utilization in the Capacity Planning page of PWA. Hope this helps.
Just one last question
Is it possible to schedule tasks based on resource capacity (like in MS desktop) ?
If I assign three tasks to the same resource for the same day, can PWA change dates for following days?

MicrosoftThere isn't a leveling feature built in to PWA Javier, if you want to do that then you can open the PWA project in the desktop application. Another thing you might want to do depending on the tasks is have them linked, which you can do in PWA. They will then happen sequentially (if this makes sense for the tasks) and so the assignment of the same resource to all 3 will not overlap their hours.
