RoadMap permissions

Hello All,

         I am having what I believe is a strange issue. I have several projects that I have rounded up into a roadmap. I have given access to a group for the roadmap. There are 4 accounts in the group. 2 of these have project plan 2 while the other 2 have View only via the Project license that comes with M365 E3 license. I am one of the accounts that have access. I created the projects and the roadmap. I am the only one who can access the roadmap. Everyone can access the individual projects but not the roadmap. All of the accounts that try to access the roadmap keep getting the "You don't have access to this"  "Your sign-in was successful but you don't have permissions to access the resource". 

The roadmap shows up on all of the accounts project dashboard under shared with me. What am I missing here that could blocking access?
