Resources cost - By type and not by resource

Hi,

It is possible to set the resource cost by type of user (I mean, each user rate will be like a product and each product will be related to N resources).

For example, Jonh and Mary are Application Engineers, and their rate is 70$/h. George and Anna are Managers, and their rate is 100$/h. So, instead of setting 4 times the resource rate (1 per resource) I want to set 2 times (1 by type of resource) and then I say that Jonh is an Application Engineer, etc.

Is this possible using Project Online?
