Resource Management with Project for Web

What's the best way to manage resources across multiple projects and across multple customers with Project for Web?

 

I need to understand what 3-4 projects are assigned to an individual and how busy they are for the coming months and when new projects coming in can be assigned to them.

    The only way to manage resources across multiple projects in Project for the Web is to use the Power BI Report Pack for Project for the Web, available as a free download from Microsoft. Ask your Power BI folks to download this and install it for you. Once done, you can view Power BI reports about your resources and how you are using them in your projects in Project for the Web.
