Reports Shifting tables

Hi All

Below is a sample of one of my reports. Every time I opened it, I have to shift the tables as rows are added or removed so there isn't any overlapping tables or excessive white space. Is there a way to make this more dynamic by shifting the tables automatically?

Example of opening my report to print an update and the 2 tables are overlapping.
