I publish a monthly PMO report and I noticed that MS Project only shows 85 column-is there any way to extend this to 100 or more? Thanks

Eighty five columns? Are you referring to the field columns of, for example, the Gantt Chart view?
What kind of report are you creating that needs to show that many columns?
We need a little more information because what you are asking doesn't really make practical sense.
