Refresh in task description field in Project for The Web

Question

Hi!&nbsp;Refresh rate in task notes field causes cursor to move to the first line, causing accidental overwriting to existing text.&nbsp;&nbsp;Is there any configuration setting to avoid this?&nbsp;Thanks!

What refreshes when? I don't see this issue but I'm not clean on the refresh part? There is no config to it either.&nbsp;
