As I stated in my previous post, Microsoft Project can only connect to Planner when used with either Project Online or Project Server. There is functionally no difference between the 2019 and 2021 versions. This is because Microsoft spent all of the their development money on Project for the Web, which is a low-end project management tool for small and simple projects. Microsoft DID announce recently that later this year, Project for the Web will be merged into the Planner app. Hope this helps.

REF: MS PROJECT REPORTING-limit to 85 columns??
How are you. Is there any way one can extend the reporting column in MS Project from 85 to 100? Thanks
