Get Started with Project Web App Web Part.
Hello - is this only available for SharePoint On Prem? I have a do a demo on projects and I got a P3 licence with the intent of showing how to integrate with SharePOint but I don't have these option...

Here is how to create a Project Online instance:

Ask your Office 365 app admin to follow those directions and you should be good. Hope this helps.
