Actual start date vs Start date
Please guide, How can we keep actual start date and actual finish date different from start date and finish date?
- the way MS project work is once you have set an actual start or finish it will also set the start and finish to reflect a realistic planning, if you want to preserve the dates you have to set a baseline and with that baseline when you set actuals you get variances and it open up the door to more cool information about your project 🙂 hope that helps
