RAID Log in MS Project Online? How do I create one?

Hi guys

I know we can capture Issues and Risks on Project Online but I have a whole RAID log I use (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions etc) that I use outside of server online which I cannot integrate with my PowerBI Dashboards to show one global view (unless I build an EDW).

How do I go about creating Action Items, Decisions etc? Should I use custom field?
