PWA Solution Deactivate does not deactivate but no error message

The site collection admin user should be able to do this. Once you select the solution then click Deactivate from the ribbon, you should then see a modal pop up appear where you need to click Deactivate again - then you should see it deactivated back on the solutions list.

- Thank you, Paul! It doesn't look like I am a Site collection admin though I created the Solutions so bit confused there. Having said, will follow up with your SP Admin or Site Collection Admin authority or maybe ask them to deactivate. I'll confirm it's resolved just to close the loop. Thanks again for the guidance!
